Biography
David was born and raised in Toronto. He attended York University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. Currently he is completing an honours degree in Psychology.
David is employed as a Child Protection Worker by The Children’s Aid Society of Toronto. He has worked at various positions at the agency serving the needs of children and families for the past 18 years.
David has lived in Burlington with his wife Guylaine and two children Brigitte and Justin for ten years.
For the last fifteen years David has become increasingly active in the community promoting such issues as fair trade, social equality and monetary reform. In 2003 David became active with the NDP in Burlington.
Since 2003 David has successfully represented social democrats in Burlington through three elections. David has increased New Democrat support 1000% since he became active in politics.
David is a passionate advocate of progressive ideas that will drive our country into an increasingly uncertain future. He joins with people around the world who work towards a prosperous sustainable and equitable future for ourselves and our children.
